Network Sales Account Executive


Taylor Network Communications (TNC), Authorized GWI, One Communications, New Horizon and Time Warner Cable Agent, is currently looking for experienced Sales Account Executives (AE) to fill positions in Northern, Central, and Southern Maine.

We have immediate openings at this time in Bangor and Scarborough, and we are building our applicant database for future anticipated openings.

Network Sales Account Executives sell GWI, One Communications and other telecommunications carrier products and services to business customers throughout the state of Maine & New Hampshire (business to business, B2B). 

Products and Services:

  • Voice Services: Dial Tone, In-State and Out-of-State Long Distance
  • Dedicated Private Lines; T1 and T3, Point-to-Point T1, LD Data, PRI
  • High Speed Internet & Data Services: DSL, bonded Solutions, Fiber Optic Services
  • WAN Services: MPLS Manged WAN, Point to Point Services
  • Bundles; Integrated Voice and Data solutions
  • IP Services; Dedicated Internet Access, Web Hosting and Email Services, DSL, Internet Security
  • Customer Premise Equipment (CPE); Adtran and Cisco Data Equipment
  • Business Continuity, Diaster Recovery and Data Center Services

Responsibilities

TNC offers a total customer solution which affords our Sales Account Executives opportunities not available anywhere else. Responsibilities include:

  • Traveling throughout a specified territory
  • Cold-calling prospective customers
  • Meeting with prospective customers to discuss network solutions for their communications needs
  • Developing and presenting proposals
  • Entering sales information into TNC database and the service provider's online systems
  • Implementation after the sale, communication with the customer and the network service provider
  • Working with other Account Executives and Management to reach TNC sales goals on a weekly basis.


Base Salary Plus Commission based on experience:

Job Requirements

Experience selling Network Carrier Services is preferred, other sales experience considered.  If you have a strong sales background you could be very successful selling voice and network services.

Education Requirements

Telecommunications certifications a plus. If you have excellent sales skills and a good understanding of the technology, please apply for this position.
